Services / AI Automation

AI agents that replace the routine work.

Analytics, marketing, ads, reporting, data ops — the work that eats your week without moving the business. We train agents on how your company actually runs, then ship systems that handle it without you.

Scope an automation
01 / The problem

Generic AI doesn't understand your business. That's why most pilots die.

You connect ChatGPT to your tools. It hallucinates your pricing, misreads your customers, can't tell a real signal from noise in your data. Two weeks later it's a tab no one opens.

The fix isn't a smarter model — it's better context. An agent that knows your products, your funnel, your numbers, your edge cases. Trained on the specifics of your operation before it touches a single workflow.

02 / Where AI earns its keep
  • 01

    Analytics & reporting

Weekly digests pulled from GA4, Stripe, your CRM, your ad accounts. Written like a human analyst, delivered to your inbox or Slack. No more "let me check the dashboard."

  • 02

    Marketing & ads ops

Creative briefs, ad copy variants, audience builds, campaign QA, performance reviews. The repetitive work that swallows a marketer's day, handled before they open the laptop.

  • 03

    Data work

Lead enrichment, list cleaning, deduplication, classification, summarization. The unsexy data plumbing that quietly costs you 10 hours a week.

  • 04

    Internal copilots

Custom AI tools trained on your knowledge base. Research, document drafting, intelligent search, decision support — for the team, not for the public.

  • 05

    Workflow automations

End-to-end flows wiring your tools together. Lead arrives → enriched → routed → notified → followed up — without anyone touching it.

  • 06

    On-premise confidential mode

For firms that can't let data leave the building. We build stationary agents that run on your own hardware, inside your office network. No cloud, no API exfiltration, full audit log.

03 / Training period

Before we build, the agent learns your business.

This is what most automation work skips — and it's why most automations don't survive contact with reality. An agent without context is a confident intern with full keyboard access.

We run a 2–4 week training window before any code ships:

  • Voice-noting kit (rented). We ship your team voice recorders. As people work, they narrate what they're doing and why — short notes, in the moment. We transcribe and feed it into the agent's context.
  • On-site immersion (optional). For complex operations, the founder can come on-site and spend time inside your office — watching how the work actually happens, where AI fits natively, where it would break.
  • Process & data review. We sit with your team, walk your tools, read your docs, study your numbers. The agent's training data is the real operating manual of your business.

The deliverable from this phase isn't code — it's a context dossier. The agent we build after is calibrated to your actual operation, not a generic template.

04 / How we work
  1. Step 01

    Audit

30-min call. We identify the routine work bleeding the most hours and the highest-leverage place to start. If automation doesn't pay back, we tell you.

  2. Step 02

    Training

2–4 weeks. Voice-noting kit deployed, on-site time scheduled if needed, process documentation gathered. We build the context the agent will run on.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Agent and workflows built on your infrastructure — your accounts, your data, your hosting (or on-prem hardware if that's the mode). You own it from day one.

  4. Step 04

    Ship & handover

Live with monitoring, escalation paths, recorded walkthroughs. We stay on call 30 days while it settles into real usage.

05 / Stack

We pick from the tools that work, not the ones with the biggest marketing budgets.

07 / FAQ
Do we own the agent or rent it from you?
You own it. We build on your accounts, your API keys, your hosting (or your hardware in on-prem mode). If you stop working with us tomorrow, your agents keep running.
What does the on-premise / confidential mode actually mean?
Agents run on a physical machine inside your office, on your network, behind your firewall. We use local open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral via Ollama). No prompt, no document, no customer record ever leaves your premises. Audit log of every action.
Why the voice-noting training period — can't AI just read our docs?
Docs describe how work is supposed to happen. Voice notes capture how it actually happens — the judgment calls, the exceptions, the unwritten rules. That's the context that separates a useful agent from a confident-sounding hallucinator.
Do you do voice agents (calling, booking)?
We can — but it's rarely the highest-ROI place to start. Most companies get bigger wins from agents that handle analytics, marketing ops, or data work. We'll tell you honestly which fits your business.
What does it cost to run after launch?
Cloud mode: API costs only, usually $50–$500/month depending on volume. On-prem mode: one-time hardware investment, near-zero ongoing cost. No per-seat licenses, no platform tax.
